Vid extra bolagsstämma i Magle Chemoswed Holding AB (publ) den 14 december 2021 som hölls genom poströstningsförfarande fattades i huvudsak följande beslut:
- Extra bolagsstämma beslutade att styrelsen fortsatt består av sex (6) ledamöter och en (1) suppleant;
- Martin Lidgard valdes till ny styrelseledamot fram till slutet av bolagsstämman 2022;
- Extra bolagsstämma beslutade att arvode till styrelsen som beslutades på årsstämman 2021 ska tillämpas och fördelas pro rata till den nya ledamoten Martin Lidgard.
